I feel so strongly that mums need and deserve more support than is readily available in the first few years after giving birth, and I am here to provide that. I can help you identify the best food and lifestyle habits to support your health and sense of wellbeing, even when you feel like you have no energy or time to think about yourself. I can help you tease apart what symptoms are to be expected in the journey of early motherhood, and what, instead, is the result of physical imbalances that need addressing, so that you can move through this life-stage confident that you will have the energy, motivation and knowledge to return to your former sense of wellbeing, whilst also being a present, engaged, loving mother.
THE MONTHS AND YEARS OF MOTHERHOOD ARE NO WALK IN THE PARK

If you are pregnant, a detailed personalised plan to support your and your baby's health, tailored to each trimester. Food and lifestyle changes will be nurtured and supported step by step in order to create the conditions for thriving health during pregnancy, in the fourth trimester and in the precious yet demanding years that follow. If you are a new mum, we will support your recovery from the birth, address any imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms and create the scene for you to reclaim your former wellbeing

ADVANCED MOTHER NURTURE
A tailored 3 month programme. If you are pregnant, to learn the basic about how to support your and your baby's health in each trimester, using food and lifestyle, and preparing for the fourth trimester. If you are a new mum, we will support your recovery from the birth and establish the foundations for your health throughout the early months of motherhood
